Dear Kristin,
I am sure you get all kinds of wonderful letters from your clients telling you what a great job you and your staff have done in the selling or helping them buy homes. While that is all true and wonderful that is not why I am writing you this letter.
You are the most honest and direct player I have come across in a while. My wife and I called you cold. You knew our house and came to our meeting prepared, not with flowers and ribbons on, but what was right in line with our house and the market. You told us the truth. That was a tough way to meet. But the truth is what Beyond is all about and that is what sells homes and we wanted our house sold.
Your systems of keeping your clients in the communication loop with the reports on what is going on with the house was very important to us. Gone was the black hole of what is happening with our house. Thinking out side the traditional ways to get brokers to preview the house is just an example of how you stretch and work for your clients.
So in the end you said you could sell our house in a down market. You told us you could do it and you did and how many times does that happen these days. Your honest advice and directness is all refreshing!

My wife and I wish to extend our deepest thanks to you and all of your staff for your help during our time of need! We were unsure as to when would be the best time for us to sell our Condominium due to the fact that there were other units for sale at the time we were hoping to put ours on the market. With a lot of guidance from Kristin! and a little patience from us, Kristin was able to sell our Condo in an an amazing two weeks!! Wow!!
Since the sale of our unit was so quick, and a closing date only another 3 weeks away! We did not even have enough time to look for a house or even an apartment because of the time constraints. Kristin came to our rescue once again, and personally made it a point to find us an apartment that fell in the range of our budget. Well, we did not have a lot of success with the apartment search, but, Kristin "kicked it up ten notches!" and found us a house to rent right on the lake!! and within our budget!!!! Her many years of experience and connections really paid off for us. We are so happy to have an although "temporary home" a home that most people would dream of living in,and we still cannot believe we are here. If this is the house we have to wait in until we can start looking for our own home, I guess we will just have to suffer watching the boats go by peacefully, the ducks lounging on the boat dock, and the fresh breeze blowing through the house w/views of the lake....Almost too much to handle!
We would also like to mention the moving company Kristin found for us. Not only were they professional and courteous, they were meticulous about our things, and treated the items they were moving as if they were their own! Kristin mentioned to us one time, " that moving can often times be as complicated and stressful as planning a wedding" We agree!! Although, you and your staff made us your "Clients for Life"

Well, you did it! You sold our house. You said you could do it, and you did
it. We have been so pleased with your professionalism, knowledge and
courtesy to our family.
We had placed our house on the market with one of those "Big, We can do it
too" companies. Well, they couldn't get it done. We never heard from them,
they couldn't bring in the showings, and just couldn't sell the house.
We left them, and came running to Beyond. We spoke to Kristin and the first
thing she told us, is "You're the Boss!" Kristin outlined her plan to sell
the house, and took time to explain it to us, and show us where we need to

| I can't begin to say how wonderful Beyond Real Estate was in handling both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. Originally we had been working with one of the so called "Big" companies in trying to sell our house. The Agent was nice enough but we walked away feeling like we didn't get the follow up and feedback we were looking for in trying to sell our house. Basically we ended up pulling our house off of the market and looked at other options. We looked at the possibility of selling the house ourselves but found that avenue to be a big waste of time and just turned out to be a resource for the on line self sell sites to try and sell you more and bigger advertising. My wife had heard about Beyond through friends and we contacted them, tentative about starting the whole process over again. Kristin Gray-Lembo was impressive right from the get go. I have been in sales for 15+ years and believe in making a good and honest impression on the phone with my first contact. Kristin did just that. She quickly came across as knowledgeable from both a current market point of view and from a technology point of view (which in this day and age is very key to finding and selling your home). Kristin came out to meet us and her presentation was just as thorough and efficient as the first call we had. We decided on the spot to go with Beyond and to stop our interview process with all other Realtors. Kristin's Process and Follow up was tremendous. She kept us informed and was straight forward with us from the beginning. From discussing prices and potential enhancements we could do to help sell our home (we never had any suggestions from other Realtors) to her constant contact via e-mail as to what she was doing, her efforts were amazing. After listing with Beyond we had our first offer after just 2 weeks. With the previous Realtor we were listed for some months and never once received an offer. Unfortunately the buyer changed their mind and we were back at square one. Within two weeks Kristin had secured another offer for our house and we were on our way to shopping for our new home. 2 offers in less than 4 weeks in a slow market versus no offers over a few months with the so called "Bigger" company. I was impressed!!!
Once we had secured a buyer, Kristin turned over house search to Tami Pakus. Tami jumped right in where Kristin left off. Her efforts were relentless without being so aggressive that you felt you were being sold anything for the sake of a sale. Tami took the time to get to know us and to know exactly what we were looking for. With two small children and another one on the way we were definitely feeling the stress of the
whole process. We wanted to make sure we were finding the right house that met both my wife's and my own needs but most importantly one that was great for the children. We were able to develop such a good and trusting relationship with her that if she told us a house was not worth looking at, we knew she was on the money and was saving us valuable time. Tami kept us well informed of what was on the market and what was
happening in the market. She never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting her time (and trust me we took up a lot of her time). We actually had agreed to buy two homes and unfortunately due to inspection issues had to back out. It would have been very easy for Tami to give up on us at that point as overly picky clients. She didn't. She
supported us in our decisions and kept working hard on our behalf. Finally through all of her work we found our new home and we couldn't be more pleased. Tami was with us right until the end and beyond (I guess it's not just a company name). Both Kristin and Tami have kept in touch to see how we're doing. Where other sales agents may have just walked away after the fact they truly show that they are more than Realtors. They truly back up what there logo says "Your Realtor's for Life".
